SHIPPING & RETURNS

-After your order has been placed please allow 48-72 business hrs (excludes holidays) for your order to be fulfilled and sent out.

-Orders are sent out Monday-Friday

-Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday, and Sunday will be sent out the following Monday.

 

RETURNS:

-Returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and in original packaging for sanitary purposes. NO opened products will be accepted. Customer must pay for return shipping. We do not accept exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We are not responsible for any extra customs fees once your order has left our warehouse. (*ALL PREORDER ITEMS, PLEASE ALLOW 4-5 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE FULFILLED AND 3-5 WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. PRE-ORDER ITEM DELIVERY TIMES VARY) -You will then be sent a tracking number via email. If you have not received your order or tracking info please contact us at info@strippedlash.com. STRIPPED LASH is not responsible for your package once it has been sent out, please contact USPS or your international carrier with concerns regarding your package.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders that show up "delivered" according to USPS or DHL will not be re-shipped. We are not liable for lost packages once they leave our facility.
